All work and no play makes for a tough year of study – a University Ball is a great release from some of the stress and anxiety associated with long hours of study.  These events need to be remembered and be lots of fun, but ensure that everyone is ready to return to school Monday morning (that is why we recommend Wednesday and Thursday evenings – absolutely need recovery time!)  We insist on a key item in the dress code for all University Balls:  Dancing Shoes!

Monash University Ball

The Monash University abroad dinner celebrated once or twice a year for the Monash International Students is an event looked forward to by all.  Over 200 students arrived at Red Scooter straight from the campus off buses and that is where the fun began.  The night was all about letting their hair down and celebrating their hard work before travelling back home to commence their exciting careers.  This event has been held at Red Scooter annually since 2005  – so far, we have delivered it nine times - Red Scooter obviously knows how to put on a good University Ball!

“We just wanted to thank you for an amazing night; and for all of your advice and support.  Will be back
next year.”

Event Name: Manix College Student Society University Ball, 6th October 2009
Number of Guests: 250

“Degree” – (def:) 1. A grade of excellence and achievement.

The most prestigious event of the year for Manix College is their Annual University Ball.  It is the talk around campus all year round!  Live music was played on arrival, as guests sipped champagne and enjoyed canapés.  A delicious main course was served, followed by roving dessert style canapés as our Resident DJ pumped out the dance tunes!  We made it is as easy as possible for the organising committee, and that is why Red Scooter has held this event 2 years running!

“Hi Kylie.  Many thanks for such a lovely night at Red Scooter.  Everyone had such a fantastic night and
there have been many positive responses. The staff also had a lovely night.  The waiter service worked
really well too which was great for us and positive feedback for you.  Thank you very much and I'm
positive you will hear from Mannix in the future.”
